The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel I e II sono apparsi in occidente grazie al publisher XSEED, su console Sony PlayStation 3 e PlayStation Vita, oltre a un’edizione per piattaforma PC.The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III è invece esclusivo per l’utenza PlayStation 4, sebbene Dengeki abbia di recente avuto modo di parlare con il presidente di Falcom, Toshihiro Kondo, il quale avrebbe lasciato intendere che The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel I e II potrebbero tornare anche su PS4. L’annuncio dovrebbe infatti essere imminente.
