Nell’ultimo numero della rivista nipponica Weekly Famitsu è stato comunicato che Knack 2 sarà lanciato per Sony Playstation 4 come Knack: The Two Heroes and the Ancient Army nella terra del Sol Levante il prossimo 28 settembre.Negli Stati Uniti ed in Europa, invece, il titolo era precedentemente stato annunciato per il 5 settembre.Knack 2 si troverà a fronteggiare una serie piuttosto nutrita di uscite. Infatti lo stesso giorno saranno pubblicati anche Coven and Labyrinth of Refrain, Genkai Tokki: Castle Panzers, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III e Maitetsu per PlayStation 4, Fire Emblem Warriors per Switch e New 3DS ed infine Occultic;Nine per PlayStation 4, Xbox One e PS Vita.
