È stata da poco svelata la lista dei trofei di Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation HD. L’elenco mostra qualche differenza tra i trofei presenti nel titolo originale per PlayStation Vita. Ricordiamo che il titolo, sviluppato da Ubisoft Sofia, sarà disponibile nel mese di Gennaio per PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 e PC.
