Atari ha confermato nella giornata di oggi la sua lista di uscite per la fine del 2008 e l'inizio del 2009. Tra i giochi previsti è stato inserito anche lo sparatutto Legendary, che arriverà in un primo tempo su Xbox 360, precisamente il 31 Ottobre, per poi approdare su PS3 e PC nel corso del mese di Novembre.
