Gearbox ha confermato l' edizione Game of The Year di
Borderlands, che uscirà ad Ottobre e conterrà oltre al gioco completo anche i DLC usciti sono ad'ora (
The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx e
Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution).
L'edizione conterrà inoltre una mappa aggiuntiva e sarà resa disponibile per PC, PlayStation 3 e Xbox 360.
